Greetings! My name is Kelly Manera. This year I have been a part of the Aspiring Leaders Year 1 Program. Throughout the year I have created my Leadership Portfolio with artefacts and documentation showing my development and reflection as a leader.

Leadership Experience

Over the years as an educator in Catholic schools I have held the following leadership positions on numerous occasions: Middle School POR, Religious Education Coordinator and Acting Deputy Principal.

In 2021 I will be Acting APRIM (Assistant Principal Religious Identity and Mission) at St Raphael’s School Parkside.

Leadership Appraisal

After my Acting Deputy Appointment in 2019 I requested for all staff to be invited to appraise my leadership capabilities. It was an anonymous survey led by the Principal. Questions were framed under the following headings and all the comments can be found in the tab above.

Leadership in Catholic Identity, Leadership in Learning, Leadership of Community, Leadership of Resource and Operational Management, General observations as an Acting Deputy Principal and Further Advice for consideration.
